Your responsibilities

Repair Order Administration and Job Preparation
- Execute structured review of Repair order status, advise mitigating actions for identified delays in Door to Door performance, and communicate to Stakeholders and Internal Customers.
- Creating and presenting ‘Door to Door’ performance KPI’s through designed reports.
- Structured processing of release of orders into Repair Workshops.
- Monitor repair order status and prioritize based on established rules.
- Prepare and allocate repair orders into work-in-progress (WIP).
- Investigate delays and prioritize repairs accordingly.
- Identify and address order errors, communicating with team leaders/managers.
- Assist internal customers with repair order queries and provide up-to-date information.
- Execute daily and weekly repair plans, ensuring timely release of orders.
- Coordinate with production and parts departments for smooth operations.
- Monitor long-running orders and take necessary corrective actions.
- Manage inventory and warehouse processes, including goods movement and storage optimization.
- Ensure compliance with ERP system transactions and environmental control measures.

Your qualification
- Good working knowledge of Word, Excel.
- Communicates clearly & professionally.
- Ability to present information in a structured and balanced format.

- To be able to create spreadsheets, graphs and pivot tables in Excel, applying logic and reason for data analysis
