Your responsibilities

  • As Senior Controller / Senior FP&A Analyst, you will act as interface manager for the division finance FP&A team, especially in the exchange with the Finance Business Partners, Corporate FP&A or other functional areas such as HR, Tax, SCM or GPPM
  • Embedded into the global finance team you support managing planning and forecasts of the business units and functional areas from a cross-functional and cross-divisional perspective and are responsible for the planning of overarching processes (e.g. HC planning alignments, IBP / Demand planning alignment etc) including providing executive summaries and recommendations for relevant management reporting and decision making forums
  • On a monthly and quarterly basis you help analyzing the current, past and future trends of the total divisional consolidated results
  • You will be the key interface to the functional leaders and teams (shared units of divisions) as Finance Business Partner and manage actively the related financial processes in terms of financial closing, reporting, analysis, budget, forecasting as well as master data requirements
  • You will have a high level of autonomy in leading and supporting projects in the finance area to optimize existing finance or business processes and projects with a cross-functional / cross-divisional character in coordination with your team leadership
  • As a member of division finance FP&A you will be the interface and key player to drive reporting and analytical needs towards the Data Science and Advanced Analytics team
  • You drive the optimization of existing and development of new reporting tools and processes
  • In addition, you accompany the transformation of the controlling areas in line with the Global Finance-Target-Operating-Model
  • You will act as a competent contact person and communicator vis-à-vis the Regions/BCs

Your qualification

  • you have successfully completed a degree in economics, preferably with a focus on finance / controlling
  • you have gained 8+ year experience with a proven track record in finance / FPA / corporate controlling in an international company
  • you have excellent knowledge of MS Office
  • ideally, you have a solid experience in working with SAP, ideally also Hyperion
  • Fluent written and spoken English as well as an analytical way of thinking and excellent communication skills are required
