Your responsibilities
- Rolling lifecycle analysis of the portfolio at all sites – historical/current/projected volume, attributed complexities, costs implications, projected sustaining efforts (linked to investments, technology changes, material or process obsolescence etc)
- Undertake all necessary evaluations and scenario creation linked to portfolio change proposals and effects on MFG requirements and activities
- Initiate appropriate portfolio adjustment PJ’s ‘hand-in-hand’ with BU’s, supporting SBP requirements, providing rationale, supporting implementation and undertaking outcome/benefit derived analysis
- Implement global review routine to ensure transparency about financial and operational performance and enable identification of deviations and improvement actions
Your qualification
- Completed degree in (industrial) engineering, business administration or a similar field
- 5+ years experience in an analytics management role
- Management and leadership experience of cross-functional international teams
- 5+ years experience in advanced analytics, performance & financial management of manufacturing operations
- Knowledge about levers available to MedTech operations to improve efficiency, cost, time, quality, portfolio rationalization etc
- Excellent knowledge about advanced analytics and reporting tools like e.g. Microsoft PowerBI, R, Python
- Excellent written and oral communication, fluent in English (spoken and written)
