Your responsibilities

  • Inventory Management: Monitor and coordinate the inventory of Demo Assets and optimize availability for various sales events such as conferences, clinical evaluations, and medical trainings, while minimizing costs and ensuring timely replenishment.
  • Asset Management Framework: Develop and implement a comprehensive asset management framework aimed at maximizing equipment utilization and ROI. Identify opportunities for consolidation, retirement, or acquisition to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with Sales & Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain Management, and Technical Service departments to understand their needs and align asset management strategies with business objectives. Foster collaboration with cross-functional teams in EMEA to provide necessary support and address Demo Asset-related requirements.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Develop and enhance reports on asset utilization, maintenance activities, and cost metrics for management reviews. Conduct periodic audits to ensure accuracy and completeness of the inventory.
  • Documentation and Compliance: Ensure accurate maintenance of master data, records, and documentation related to Demo Assets. Maintain compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Support Product Launches: Provide support for product launches by coordinating Demo Asset requirements and ensuring timely availability for promotional activities.
  • Positive Work Environment: Foster a collaborative and positive working environment by actively engaging with team members and stakeholders, promoting effective communication, and teamwork.

Your qualification

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
  • Demonstrated experience in asset management, inventory control, or similar roles
  • Proficient in establishing and evolving asset management frameworks, including defining key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Excellent attention to detail with a proven ability to create and enhance accurate records
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Capable of working autonomously while also collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Skilled in developing new dashboards and utilizing Power BI
  • Familiarity with SAP ERP is highly desired
  • Fluency in German and English, both written and verbal
  • Knowledge of medical equipment or technology is advantageous
